History of multiple breast augmentation surgeries with complaints of 650 cc high profile saline implants being too large for petite frame, thin skin with skin wrinkling and rippling, desires to be smaller and to try to avoid a breast lift with additional scarring on the breast.
Procedure: Controlled saline implant deflation, allowing 1 month to pass for tissue shrinkage, removal of implants, capsulotomies, lower lateral capsulorrhaphy on left, replacement with smaller silicone implants, submuscular, Sientra high profile 355 cc right, 335 cc left, 31 yrs, 5’1″, 100 lbs, 6 weeks post-op
