History of multiple previous breast augmentations with 500cc subglandular saline implants, right capsular contracture, left breast lateral displacement with severe tissue thinning and rippling, sagging.

Procedure: Removal and replacement of implants with new submuscular pocket, partial capsulectomy on right, breast lift, new Allergan Inspira silicone implants, 485 cc. 47 yrs, 5’7″, 160 lbs, 2 months post-op
