History: previous tubular breast deformity treated with saline submuscular breast implants. new onset right implant rupture, lateral displacement, and desires for larger implants. procedure: removal and replacement of saline implants with bilateral capsulorrhaphies (lateral pocket tightening) and capsulotomies (superior and medial pocket opening), allergan moderate profile saline implants, submuscular, 480 cc right, 495 cc left, 28 yrs, 5’4″, 153 lbs, 2 months post-op
