Dr. Brown, I wanted to thank you for all of the little details that went on this week that made a night & day difference in my prior surgeries. Starting from silly TikTok that you were vulnerable and showed who you and husband were to all the steps & machines. From meeting your staff that I felt I already somewhat knew (from TikTok) to being greeted with warm blankets & socks at the surgery center. To having Alethea wrap my back to keep me warm. Having the same people who were in office be at the surgery center was calming. Your husband was so kind, calming & having the "cocktail" that knocked me out before I even went into the operation room. To waking up not in a room alone or with a nurse just checking in on me but staying by my side until my husband was there. Every little detail was noticed. Most importantly I didn't feel like another number. I felt I was your most important client & you were ready to take me under your wing & relax. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Dr Brown is extremely experienced and realistic with her patients. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet every time I have gone in to pre and post op consultations. Very warm environment with everyone laughing and having fun in the office! She has been so accommodating to me through my whole experience and I am extremely grateful.

I had a breast lift done December 2021. I did a lot of research and had several consultations. From the first phone call all the way through my last post op appointment I’ve been extremely pleased with everyone at the practice. Raquel, Krystie and Stephanie are wonderful and welcoming. Alethea is so sweet and is amazing at what she does. Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable through the whole process. She explained what I could expect and answered all my questions. She made me feel at ease when I was nervous right before my surgery. This all made my decision to go with Dr. Brown a no brainer. My only complaint is that I didn’t do this sooner.
